Why is the ISP Auto-Detection identifying the incorrect provider?
VPNs, proxy settings, or high-security browser configurations can occasionally mask your original IP address. If the detection is inaccurate, please use the manual "Choose your ISP" dropdown menu at the bottom of the recommender to select your specific provider.
My FlClash (Android) application shows "Connection Failed" after importing the profile. How do I fix this?
Ensure that all other VPN or proxy applications are fully disabled before starting FlClash. Additionally, verify that the configuration code provided by the administrator was copied in its entirety without any missing characters.
Proxifier (PC) is requesting a Serial Key upon startup. Where can I find this?
You can find lifetime activation keys for both Windows and macOS in the Guides section of this website. Simply copy and paste the relevant key into the Proxifier activation window.
